Newhouse Academy – part of the Hollingworth Learning Trust – has an exciting opportunity for a Teaching and Learning Assistant – TA2, to join our academy during this fall term.

We are looking for a great practitioner who:

Our academy has been chosen as one of 50 schools nationwide to secure £20 million of government funding for building development, part of which will see a brand new suite of SEN classrooms.

Newhouse Academy is a comprehensive secondary school, located close to the M60 in the town of Heywood. We work closely with our partner school, Hollingworth Academy, (an outstanding local secondary school); and are on the path of improving the school to deliver increasing academic standards.

Salary: Actual salary = £14,353 to £14,640 depending on experience

Type of contract: Permanent contract, fixed term only, which includes 3 days of training
