Essential qualification and experience

Clerk

• By delegation of Officers of the Indian Legal Service occupying similar positions with the Central Government; or Officers in similar positions in the Central Government or Supreme Court or High Court and having experience as a clerk of the superior judiciary or any other position involving the interpretation or application of the statutes, or Officers of Central or State Government or Supreme Court or Superior or Central Courts Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Company having five years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 15,600-39,100 with a salary of Rs. 7600/- or ten years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 15,600/-39,100 with a salary of Rs. 6600/-;

• Hold a graduate degree in law or a graduate degree in social work, political science or public administration from a recognized university or institution.

Desirable

• (a) Five years of professional experience in the field of children’s rights or child protection or child protection or child rights protection; and

• (b) Training in children’s rights or human rights.

assistant director

• By delegation of civil servants or central or state governments, (subject to exemption from the immediate absorption rule to be obtained from time to time) central universities or recognized research institutes or public sector enterprises or autonomous central bodies which are –

• (a) hold a similar position on a regular basis, or have two years of regular service as a senior research assistant in the salary range of Rs. 9300-34800 with a salary of Rs. 4800/-; or having three years of regular service as a research assistant or senior researcher in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with a salary of Rs. 4600; or having eight years of regular service as a researcher on the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 with a salary of Rs. 4200;

• (b) hold a graduate degree from a recognized university in social work or psychology or child development or sociology or law or political science or public administration.

• (c) have computer skills.
