Job Profile Customer Service – Customer Service Advisor

Purpose of the position

Provide an excellent in-room customer service experience

We are looking for someone who is passionate about excellence and customer service. You will be enthusiastic, adaptable and eager to work collaboratively, becoming an integral part of our facilities and customer service team.

what you gonna do

  • Build close relationships with students and maintain excellent product knowledge
  • Front desk support on a rotating basis (including weekends and evenings)
  • Management of the center’s computerized tests
  • Provide support for BPP events as well as provide classroom support
  • Keep student contact information up to date and relevant
  • Provide frontline response to IT queries and resolve issues. Log issues with the IT Helpdesk. Install the basic computer kit
  • Undertake general administration tasks
  • Ensure all course records are entered into the appropriate system
  • Distribution of all internal and external messages
  • Management of refreshments and room reservations for internal and external events
  • First point of contact for facility/building issues that arise
  • Active housekeeping and constant supervision
  • Acting as health and safety resource person, first aider and fire chief
  • Complete documents according to eRisk standard
  • Participation in quarterly H&S meetings
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism at all times, particularly with regard to accuracy and presentation in written and verbal communications

Employment context

37.5 hours per week, including shifts from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
