We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks and support our company’s growth. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have exceptional time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our firm by providing personalized and timely support.

Responsibilities include working with 2 Partners

  • Act as the point of contact
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Reconcile daily expenses and timecards

Responsibilities include working with our Operations Team

  • Onboarding / Offboarding employees
  • Setting up meetings in conference rooms
  • Overall support with the operations of the firm
  • Schedule corporate wide educational events
  • Support firm employee retention goals
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Write / format / proof internal and external communication
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Strong, attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure

Looking ahead, at what needs to be done on all dimensions; creates own to do list
Excellent at time and project managementhas clear systems and compose to deal with multiple tasks at once and ensures everything gets done in a timely manner
