Assistant (PMA) via MicroStrategy’s HyperIntelligence® technology. HyperIntelligence integrates instant, click-free insights into users’ existing business tools, providing convenient, ubiquitous access to data at virtually any decision point.
Epicor PMA combines artificial intelligence technologies with deep company knowledge of parts consumption by vehicle year/make/model/engine and by market to help users, including service providers and consumers, predict upcoming maintenance and repair events. This capability can help service companies accelerate their growth by providing comprehensive, data-driven recommendations to their customers.

Each HyperIntelligence map is built using MicroStrategy’s governed metadata semantic layer, which helps match information to the vehicle and service(s) in real time as the service writer prepares an estimate and/or or interacts with the vehicle owner.
