About the Opportunity

The University of Sydney Library provides a wide range of high quality information services to students, staff and the University community to support their learning, teaching, research and academic endeavors. erudition. The Library helps the University achieve its internationally recognized research and scholarship profile by providing access to electronic information resources, print collections and information management services. Library staff work in partnership with the university community to provide convenient access to high quality information resources.

The Academic Services division manages research support services and resources that provide integrated assistance to scholars, researchers, undergraduate and postgraduate students to create and communicate new knowledge. This division is responsible for the delivery and evaluation of information development and digital literacy programs, delivered online and in person, that underpin successful learning and research.

As the Assistant Librarian – Research Analytics, You will work closely with the Manager of Research Analytics and Academic Liaison Librarians in the development and delivery of library research support services that advance the University’s research agenda. You will ensure that information resources and support services meet customer needs and are aligned with emerging trends in information support services and the strategic direction of the University.
